Default Concept Class!

If i told you in the title this was called A Cardshark, you might not have come, but plz hear me out.
The card shark deals in every form of cards-fortune telling cards(with magic,of course they would believe in that superstition), gambling cards(its not new, after all), and magic cards, thy had to have fun one way or another). They have mastered it all and will use their skills to defeat their opponents.it is long range, but(thankfully) not another complete caster. They use spells and attacks and stances and shouts. They are very suave but can still have personalities that don't match.

Armor-max armor will be 75.They will have the following armor types.
Starting Set-Formal Set(Shirt, Rings, Pants, Boots)they will all give health +5 to health +15
Suave Set(Tuxedo, Rings, Dress Pants, Dress Shoes) they give health recovery +1
Seer Set(Poncho, Rings, Baggy Pants, Moccasins) these give +5 defence when casting
Training Set(White long sleeve shirt{White shirt}, Rings, Jeans{Pants}, Black shoes) these give - 5% damage
For headgear, they will have glasses \o^o/
~Big glasses(i forgot the name, but they are much bigger than the eye)
+1 to fortune telling
~Monacle
+1 to Magic Cards
~Shades
+1 to Gambling

Weapons-max damage is 5-15, but they attack a bit faster than assassin daggers and they are long range.the range is the same as a ranger's shortbow. they are-decks of cards.this may sound stupid, but once again, plz hear me out.the regular ones(have req for 1 class) are Tarot(fortune telling), Enchanted(magic cards), and Casino(gambling, duh!). they have two main componants-the card, and the case. the card gives it the type of damage(vs plants,vs undead, etc.) and the box gives it the upgrades that effect the user(fortitude, defence, etc.) to give it different skins, the boxes will look different(oval boxes, oversized boxes, plastic containers for small cards, even boxes that are decorated like a demonic look or something)it is a two handed weapon(one holds the box, the other takes the cards out of the box)

Now we come to the fun part-attributes and skills.
the headgear already says most of the attributes, but now you will find out what they do.First, i must tellyou about a new condition.Fear-attack speed is reduced by half. Now let me tell you about a new skill type.Combo-Semi-Weak attacks that are used again when you use another combo skill. For example, you use CSkill 1, then you use CSKILL 2, and CSKILL 1's effects are now used with CSKILL 2.Cost=Co,Cast=Ca,Recharge=R.

~Hand Swiftness(Primary)~
For each rank in this attribute(1 rank=3 points), all of your Cardshark skills do 3 more damage.

Lose all but 5...50 health and 5 energy. If one of your allies dies before 3 enemies die, then you and one random ally die. If 3 enemies are killed first, then you and your allies get 100% health and energy and a 2% moral boost.

~Magic Cards~
No inherent effect. Many skills, especially those that deal with interrupting your enemies and preventing spells and attacks, become more effective with Magic Cards.

There you have it, the cardshark. Hopefully, you are still reading at this point.

Okay, my mistake.
I must not read it too carefully as I got distracted by how great this concept is. Oh the creativity is too much.

Since I want want to be seen as trolling, here is something constructive...

This, in my point of view, is balanced.

If every skill were elite this may be considered balanced. I suggest using spellchecker before you post this useless drivel. Btw fear has its place in WoW not guildwars, keep it there.

A lesser person may complain to mods and stuff about your blatant use of homophobic language here, but I wont. So how about you repost with some constructive critiscm or something instead of this drivel?

On topic:

To be honest, even though you have thought this out nicely, I can't see it fitting into Guild Wars well. Although it would be cool to mod the weapons, I can see them now "Suit of Fortitude" etc.

I was going to say that I cant see Casino fitting in especially, since nowhere like this exsists, but I suppose some gambling occurs in Taverns, say among the dwarves, and with others also, so maybe change that attribute's name?
